You want to know if the products you order from us are produced under good circumstances and if they comply the product law and legislation. Which, we think, is not more than normal. That is why our collection is product and social compliant.
Product compliance
A product has to be safe. That goes without saying. That is why our collection is conform to EU regulations. The specific product legislation can be divided between CE regulations and other legislations (for example FCM, CPNP and REACH).
Toppoint can always deliver a Declaration of Conformity (DOC) with every product. Stated in this document are the details of agreement of the article and the responsibility we take with respect to the safety of the concerning product.
When the standard law and legislation are missing we use the European standards, national standards, codes of conduct, new techniques and other to support the safety prescriptions.
Social compliance
Our organization, Toppoint participates in the Business Social Compliance Initiative (amfori BSCI). As an amfori BSCI participant, we commit to the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct formulated principles and values and take our responsibility in respecting the human rights within this sphere of influence. In this connection it is fundamental for us to integrate the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct when working together with our partners, regardless of where they are located in the world.
We highly valuate the principles and values of the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct and integrate them as part of our sourcing activities and consider them as a condition in further development of our business relations.
We know that a responsible production continuously needs effort. We have employees who are fully occupied with social compliance and have that experience with social compliance and supplier audits.
