We will handle your order with care and attention and do everything we can to produce and deliver within the agreed terms. After all, that is what an agreement is for. It is important for us that you can be able to rely on that. Our current production times are shown on the product pages and the transit times are shown down below.
When can I expect my order?
After the order is placed on our website, you will receive a digital proof within four working hours. When you have agreed with this digital proof, the production time will start and you will directly receive a definite order confirmation which will mention the sending date.
The printed goods will normally be send on the confirmed sending date. We will inform you if there are any exceptions or emergencies. All production times are up to date and based on the capacity of our own production facilities at that moment. If your customer wants to have the goods delivered faster than indicated, a lot is possible in consultation.
The current production times per article can be found on the product detail pages underneath the tab ‘print information’. The imprint possibilities of the article with the production times in work days are shown.
After production, the order will be send via UPS, Dachser, PostNL or DHL. When Express delivery is desirable, this can be notified during the order process when entering the delivery address. The transit times listed below are based on agreements we have made with our carriers. However, no rights can be derived from this.

Toppoint delivers ‘ex works’, unless something else is agreed. The delivery costs depend on the volume, order value and the delivery address. The delivery costs are indicated in the quotation and order confirmation.
Can I track my order(s)?
As soon as your order is sent out, you will automatically receive an email with the track and trace data of your order.
In which countries is delivery possible?
Delivery is possible to all countries in the European Union, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Terms of delivery
The production and delivery times stated by Toppoint on the website are approximate and never count as a deadline. We do not impose a strict deadline that leads to Toppoint's liability in case of exceeding. Besides that, Toppoint is not responsible if your dealer uses other delivery times and conditions.
