Toppoint puts hands dirty!
Toppoint existed for over 80 years and over the years to follow continuous changes and developments.
This summer it was time for a major renovation of the production halls. It is the printing of ceramic transfers from Hoogeveen to Bergentheim moved and the existing production halls with a new floor, freshly painted and put: once you get to rebuild, you can better deal with good and great!
By the displacement of the ceramic printing, all printing is now represented under one roof. This means that the transfer printing, two machines for direct printing, heat a lease machine, sublimation printing and photo printing equipment close together to be found.
Having the different products in our range are printed together, does the dispatch of orders with different items and more efficient transportation can all take place from our headquarters in Bergentheim. Another no less important advantage is the enlargement of the storehouse of ceramic articles, which means we are able to place more items from stock to deliver!
The entire production process from order receipt, studio / DTP work, job preparation, printing, assembly and delivery occurred within reach of each other. Did you know that we are at work planning the use of certified DIN EN 02/01/1388 inks? In addition, the extensive work preparation with an automated car wash and new equipment for the preparation and exposure of seven. Thanks to these devices is the increased capacity.
Setting up a transfer printing conditions and requirements brings more with it than building a 'standard' printing. For the printing of ceramic transfers is a climate controlled space in which a constant 55% humidity and constant temperature 20 degrees. This space did not exist and therefore we have completely rebuilt with quality energy-efficient equipment.
Besides building this new printer is a full fire risk for the ovens created. Here are the decorations on the pottery burned. Through this method, we can deliver the print dishwasher safe. Of course it also meets the latest safety area.
